In the right patient, Dr. Sessa can perform a mommy makeover and BBL together. Though, this is generally an extensive procedure that requires an extended time under general anesthesia. Therefore, the ideal patients, in this case, are healthy and have no elevated risks beyond typical surgical risks.
At a minimum, a combined mommy makeover and BBL will consist of a breast procedure, liposuction, and the fat transfer to the buttocks. In other cases, it could also include a tummy tuck. Not all patients will be candidates for this much surgery combined into one session. However, Dr. Sessa may be able to split it into two separate sessions.
