Hyaluronic acid fillers are made of a soft, malleable gel that feels natural and mimics the natural feel of the lips. Some thicker fillers though may cause the lips to feel slightly firmer. Additionally, if you have a particularly large amount of filler, this likely will be noticeable. Generally, though, it is not obvious to others you have fillers based on the feel of your lips alone.
