Though, immediately after surgery is when they are most sensitive to shifting. It is understandable that most patients want to shift to wearing normal bras as soon as possible However, regular bras can put too much pressure on your healing breasts, may irritate or reopen the incisions, or cause complications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DO: Be patient<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your results will take time. It is common to feel depressed or anxious about the look of your breasts. Be patient with them and yourself. Of course, do not hesitate to call the office with questions or concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DON\u2019T: Smoke<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Smoking slows down the healing process.
